Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one of the same value.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact the AMOC Shop on 01865 893 934 or shop@amoc.org to confirm when we can expect to receive your item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. We may need to reconfirm your payment details with you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directlyt to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, please send it to: Aston Martin Owners Club, Drayton St Leonard, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 7BG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if we have sent you an incorrect item.

If you are returning an item exceeding the value of £50, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
